Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health, dementia, learning disability and autism services across Lincolnshire. Serving a population of around 770,000 in a geographically large county, it supports approximately 53,000 people each year through community teams and inpatient wards based mainly in Lincoln, Sleaford and Boston.
Its services include talking therapies, crisis and community mental healthcare, dementia assessment, rehabilitation, perinatal support and early intervention in psychosis. Specialist teams care for children and young people, people with eating disorders, autistic people and those with learning disabilities, alongside forensic, criminal justice and veterans' mental health services. The Trust also delivers some mental health social care and works with local partners to help people live well within their communities.
