PCMIS

PCMIS is a web-based case management and electronic patient record platform created for psychological therapy and wider mental health services. It supports the pathway from referral, screening and triage through assessment, treatment, review and discharge. Clinicians can record notes, risk information, appointments, interventions and standard outcome measures, while supervisors and managers can use caseload, performance and reporting tools. The system supports national data submissions and can integrate with other healthcare applications where configured. PCMIS is particularly associated with structured, outcomes-led services such as NHS Talking Therapies, but it can be configured for other pathways. Local forms, workflows and permissions determine the precise user experience.
