Civica Care Records (formerly Paris)

Civica Care Records, formerly Paris, is an electronic patient record designed for mental health, community-based health and integrated social care. It follows an individual's pathway from referral and registration through assessment, multidisciplinary work and delivery of an agreed care plan. Front-line staff can record and share clinical and case-management information, monitor active caseloads and receive relevant notifications, while mobile and offline options support work away from a fixed clinical base. The platform can interoperate with other health and social care systems so authorised teams across agencies have a more continuous view. It may be implemented trust-wide or for selected services, with local configuration determining forms, workflows, reports and the information available to each professional role.
