About Solventum Fluency
Solventum Fluency Align is an ambient voice technology product that captures a clinician-patient conversation and uses conversational, generative and ambient AI to create structured clinical documentation. Audio can be collected through a secure mobile application or supported ambient device, and the resulting draft is delivered into the electronic health record workflow for the clinician to review, edit and finalise. Its virtual-assistant capabilities can also support natural-language navigation, chart search and selected routine record actions where integrated. The product aims to reduce documentation effort while preserving attention during consultations. Consent, privacy controls, integration design and thorough clinician verification remain essential because generated notes can contain errors or omissions.
