Nervecentre's Patient Administration System is a cloud-native component of its wider EPR platform. It manages patient identity, encounters and administrative pathways including registration, referrals, appointments, admissions, transfers, discharge and planned care. Because PAS and clinical functionality share the same platform, demographic and encounter updates can become available to authorised users in real time without separate interfaces between those modules. The design supports more detailed representations of a patient's reason for each interaction rather than relying only on broad new and follow-up categories. Local deployment remains important: national messaging, waiting-list rules, clinic configuration, data migration, reporting and links with external services must be implemented and assured for each organisation.
