Dedalus PatientAide

Dedalus PatientAide is a digital patient engagement platform available through mobile apps and a secure web portal. It gives patients access to selected medical information, results, medication lists, appointment and discharge letters, educational material and personalised care plans, according to what their healthcare organisation enables. People can view provider availability, book, cancel or rearrange appointments and nominate trusted care contacts with delegated access. The platform can also accept information from connected devices or third-party apps for inclusion in the care journey. APIs, HL7, FHIR and NHS login support integration with clinical and administrative systems. PatientAide is configurable and can be locally branded, so the services visible to patients depend on each healthcare organisation's implementation.
