About Dedalus ORBIS U
Dedalus ORBIS U is a fully integrated electronic patient record combining medical, nursing and administrative workflows. More than 68 available clinical modules cover inpatient care, documentation, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, medication, high-acuity services and care coordination. Clinicians can work through desktop or mobile interfaces, with configurable pathways and decision support helping organisations adapt the platform to local specialties and policies. ORBIS U exchanges data with third-party systems through healthcare standards and interfaces and integrates with Dedalus patient-administration products used in the UK. It is intended to replace fragmented records with one connected workflow from documentation through operational activity. Individual trusts select and configure modules, so the exact functions available differ between implementations and stages of rollout.
