About OneAdvanced CareNotes
OneAdvanced CareNotes includes patient-administration functions suited to mental health, community and child-health services. It can manage referrals, service-user registration, appointments, allocated visits, caseloads and pathway tasks alongside the clinical record. Guided workflows help teams complete required activities, and reports provide visibility of performance, compliance and service demand. Mobile functionality sends scheduled visits and relevant patient details to field staff, allowing updates to synchronise with the central record. CareNotes is not described as a full acute-hospital PAS, so its role should be understood in the context of specialist community care. Local configuration determines demographic sources, waiting-list rules, forms, appointment processes, integrations and mandatory datasets.
