TPP SystmOne

TPP provides patient-facing access to SystmOne through Airmid and SystmOnline. Depending on services enabled by the care organisation, patients can view parts of their electronic record, manage appointments, request medication, receive notifications, exchange messages, upload information and join video consultations. Airmid can chart numeric data from the record, patient entry or supported consumer health platforms, and proxy access can allow an authorised carer or family member to help. Authentication may use NHS login or existing online-service credentials. These applications expose configured information from SystmOne rather than the entire professional interface, so available records and transactions differ by organisation, service, permissions and local policy.
