Civica Care Records (formerly Paris)

Within patient administration, Civica Care Records, formerly Paris, manages the administrative structure around mental health and community care from first referral onwards. It supports patient registration, service referrals, caseloads, assessments, contacts, care planning and discharge, giving clinical and administrative teams a common view of where a person is in their pathway. Notifications and workflow controls help staff follow outstanding activity, while information sharing with other health and social care systems reduces repeated data entry. The platform also supports bed-utilisation and mobile-working needs where configured. Care Records combines these PAS-like functions with a clinical and case-management record, rather than operating only as a traditional acute-hospital PAS focused on admissions, transfers and outpatient scheduling.
