About Fortrus Agyle DocStore

Fortrus Agyle DocStore is the document repository associated with the Agyle platform and is used to make scanned and digitally created clinical material available as part of a patient's electronic record. It supports the paper-reduction objective of an electronic document management system: documents are captured or imported, associated with the correct patient and document type, and retrieved by authorised users when care is delivered. Fortrus publicly describes Agyle as a modular platform for connected, paper-free care, although detailed current product documentation for the DocStore component is limited. Indexing conventions, retention rules, access controls and links to other trust systems are therefore determined by the local implementation.
