TrakCare Emergency is the urgent and emergency care module within InterSystems' unified health information system. It supports arrival and registration, triage, patient-location tracking, clinical assessment, interventions and onward disposition, including workflows for mass-casualty events. Staff can coordinate rooms, resources and clinical activity while accessing information already held in the shared patient record. Orders, results, medicines and documentation remain connected to the broader TrakCare environment if those modules are deployed, helping an admitted patient move into inpatient care without a disconnected record. Emergency screens, triage models, alerts, reporting and device links are configurable, so the exact experience depends on the regional release and each organisation's implementation.
