Oracle Health Cerner Millennium

Oracle Health Millennium stores clinical documentation within the longitudinal patient chart, including notes, forms, results and documents received from connected systems. PowerChart lets authorised users retrieve this content in patient and encounter context, while interfaces and APIs can add external material and make selected documents available to other applications. Document imaging components may support scanning and indexing where licensed. Millennium should not automatically be treated as a standalone enterprise document archive: bulk scanning, legacy migration, OCR, records retention, disposition and specialist library workflows may depend on separate Oracle or third-party products. The deployed document types, metadata, search, signatures, access rules and external repository connections require local confirmation.
