Access Rio provides electronic document and record-management capabilities within its wider electronic patient record platform. It brings clinical documents together with patient demographics, assessments, progress notes, referrals, correspondence and other care information, helping authorised teams work from a central record rather than relying on paper files. Rio includes tools for document handling, clinical record management, letters, audit trails and subject access requests, while integration capabilities allow information to be exchanged with other services.
