Nervecentre Patientcentre is the patient-engagement component of the supplier's EPR platform. Its iOS and Android applications let patients view and manage appointments, receive contextualised results, complete surveys and exchange secure text, photographs or video with care teams. Patients can submit physiological observations and record medicines taken, with information becoming available to clinicians in the EPR. Configurable communication sequences can send timely guidance or create clinical tasks, supporting outpatient care, inpatient engagement and remote pathways. NHS login provides patient authentication, while temporary sharing can involve family or carers. Patientcentre complements national patient-facing services; the functions offered depend on pathway configuration and the organisation's deployment.
