Bespoke PathEKS

PathEKS is the account and digital-services framework behind East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust's patient portal. Using NHS login, patients enter a secure online space where they can review upcoming appointment details, request cancellation or rebooking in supported specialties, read hospital letters and attachments, and set communication preferences. Users can update their postal address and tell the trust about accessibility needs such as Easy Read, Braille or large-print correspondence. PathEKS previously supported direct East Kent account registration and now links users through the national NHS authentication process. The portal is available principally to patients aged over 16, and its services are being expanded progressively, so not every appointment or hospital document is currently presented online.
