About Nervecentre
Nervecentre's maternity capability forms part of its integrated EPR and is intended to support antenatal, birth, postnatal and neonatal pathways in one continuous record. Configurable personalised care plans can begin at booking and be reviewed throughout pregnancy, with mobile data capture making current information available to the multidisciplinary team. Structured workflows can include screening, risk assessment, observations, escalation tasks and referrals, while the patient application can share appropriate plans and support two-way communication. Integration with prescribing, results and the wider record preserves relevant context. National maternity datasets and record standards inform the design, but exact forms, decision support, reporting and pathway coverage depend on the deployed release and configuration.
