Alcidion Miya

Alcidion Miya supports virtual care and remote patient monitoring through the Miya Precision platform and the patient-facing Miya Care application. Patients outside hospital can participate in their care plans and submit information, while connected monitoring devices provide clinical teams with current observations for triage and review. Miya's FHIR-based integration foundation can combine remotely captured data with the organisation's electronic medical record, giving staff a more complete view within existing workflows. The platform has been used for services including post-acute care and chronic-condition management, where teams need to monitor patients at home and respond to changes. Deployments are configurable, so devices, thresholds, pathways and escalation processes are determined locally.
