Bespoke Minestrone

Minestrone contributes to electronic document management within Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust's wider in-house health record. Its forms integration allows teams to create structured, patient-centred digital documents for workflows such as pre-operative assessment and consent, replacing locally developed or paper forms while keeping submissions connected to the clinical record. More than 20 forms have been deployed through the integrated AireForms engine, with published usage exceeding 140,000 submissions per month. Minestrone also surfaces information received from connected systems, including pathology results, as part of Portsmouth's interoperability-led digital strategy. It is not a conventional standalone scanning archive; its document role centres on capturing, presenting and retaining clinical forms and information inside the trust's evolving EHR environment.
