CGI e-CareLogic

CGI e-CareLogic is an electronic patient record designed to bring information held in paper files and separate clinical systems into a connected view. CGI describes it as a flexible portal and integrated-care platform that preserves useful existing systems while linking them through standards such as HL7 and other interfaces. In use, it can give clinicians access to results, medicines information and GP summaries from one place. The wider platform supports clinical lists, handovers, multidisciplinary meetings, pathway tracking, infection monitoring and operational reporting. Mobile access and information sharing with authorised primary and community care users help teams coordinate treatment without requiring every underlying departmental system to be replaced.
