Lilie Hub can provide online booking against a configurable clinic diary, appointment reasons, pre-visit questionnaires, reminders and patient self-service for updating details or cancelling appointments. Interactions update the linked Lilie record in real time, helping administrative and clinical teams prepare for consultations and manage capacity. Service Manager adds visibility of appointments, activity, demand and patient flow, with reporting to support operational planning. These functions sit alongside, but are distinct from, Lilie's clinical EPR features. Oxleas determines which booking options, communications, clinic rules and additional services are exposed to patients.
