About ESO Siren Nova

ESO Siren Nova is an electronic patient record used by ambulance services to document care from the point of response. Siren originated as a UK ambulance clinical-recording product and now sits within ESO's emergency medical services portfolio. It gives crews a structured place to record assessment findings, observations, medicines, treatments and the outcome of an incident, creating a record that can accompany later clinical and operational processes. ESO's current EHR technology also supports mobile field working, narrative creation and connections with dispatch, billing and other systems. The precise features available depend on the version and interfaces configured by each ambulance trust.
