Bespoke PPM+

PPM+ (Patient Pathway Manager) is the electronic health record developed in-house by Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Built using web technologies, it brings information from hospital systems into a single patient view and supports clinical work across desktop and mobile devices. Its functions include clinical documents and notes, results, alerts, electronic observations with NEWS and PAWS scoring, referrals, task management, handover lists and electronic ward whiteboards. Staff can tailor patient lists to their service and follow transfers through the hospital. PPM+ is designed as an evolving clinical platform rather than a static record viewer, with new workflows added around the needs of Leeds teams and their patients.
