Masimo SafetyNet

Masimo SafetyNet is a cloud-based remote patient monitoring and virtual-care platform. Patients use connected Masimo devices for continuous or spot-check measurements and a mobile application for symptom questionnaires, educational content and scheduled care activities. Readings and responses are brought into configurable CarePrograms, where clinicians can review trends, receive notifications and follow a pathway tailored to a condition or episode of care. The platform can support video interaction and integration with electronic records, while role-based access helps control who can see information. Available measurements depend on the selected device kit, and alert thresholds, escalation processes and clinical responsibilities must be configured by the deploying service.
