Current Health, now part of Best Buy Health, is a remote patient monitoring and care-at-home platform used to support virtual wards. Patients can submit readings from connected devices, report symptoms, complete surveys and check-ins, and communicate with their care team through messaging or video. A clinical dashboard brings vital signs and patient-reported information together, prioritises cohorts by acuity or risk and generates configurable alerts when readings move outside agreed parameters. Care pathways, reminders and electronic health record integrations help teams manage enrolment, monitoring and discharge without duplicating every task. Continuous or intermittent monitoring can be selected for different conditions, while equipment, connectivity and support services can be configured around the needs of each local virtual-ward programme.
