About Accurx Scribe

Accurx Scribe is an AI medical scribe built into the wider Accurx communications platform. Powered by Tandem, it securely captures a clinical consultation and produces draft notes, summaries and letters for the clinician to review for accuracy and completeness. Approved content can then support onward communication with patients and other healthcare professionals through Accurx. The product is used across primary, secondary, community and mental health care, with governance resources provided to help NHS organisations introduce ambient voice technology safely at scale. Accurx states that Scribe does not use consultation transcripts to train its AI models, and clinicians retain responsibility for checking documentation before it is saved or shared.
