Nervecentre

Nervecentre provides clinical documentation within its cloud-native EPR, allowing authorised users to create and retrieve notes, forms, assessments, photographs and other record content on desktop and mobile devices. Information can be attached to a form, episode, visit or the longitudinal patient record, with access shaped by role and local configuration. Historic documents and correspondence may also be surfaced through integration with an external repository.
