Civica Care Records, formerly Paris, is an electronic patient record and case-management platform built for mental health, community health and social care. In an urgent or emergency mental health pathway, it can give authorised teams access to current referrals, assessments, risks, care plans, contacts and caseload information as a person moves between crisis, liaison and ongoing services. Notifications and mobile working support timely multidisciplinary decisions and continuity outside a conventional hospital ward. The product is not marketed as a general acute emergency department system; this classification reflects its use around urgent mental health care rather than a conventional acute ED.
