Bespoke PPM+

In its emergency and urgent care context, Leeds Teaching Hospitals' PPM+ gives clinical teams a current view of patients moving through unscheduled pathways. It combines live patient lists with alerts, results, clinical documents, notes, electronic observations and NEWS scoring, helping staff recognise deterioration and coordinate the next action.
