SystmOne Maternity is a specialist module supporting care from first contact and booking through pregnancy, birth and postpartum follow-up. A maternity timeline provides an overview of completed and planned contacts, while appointment management, configurable care plans and task allocation help coordinate work across settings. Clinicians can record maternity observations electronically, including supported early-warning tools, with results stored in the shared electronic record. Reporting uses SystmOne’s core tools and can be adapted for maternity requirements. Integration with the wider record can improve access to medications, allergies, results and previous care, although local templates, pathways, mobile access, interfaces and reporting content determine the precise functionality available.
