Ortivus MobiMed ePR is an electronic patient record developed for ambulance and pre-hospital care. It supports crews from dispatch through assessment, treatment, transport and clinical handover, capturing structured observations and care details at the point of contact. The platform can connect with computer-aided dispatch, vital-sign monitors and defibrillators, and can exchange information with receiving clinical systems. Decision support, photography, electronic forms and access to relevant patient information may be included in the configured workflow. MobiMed is intended to replace fragmented paper documentation with a timely digital record, although integrations, devices and available functions vary by deployment.
