About 33n CLEARnotes

CLEARnotes is an ambient voice technology developed by 33n with NHS clinicians. It listens to clinician-patient conversations and uses speech recognition, natural language processing and AI to produce a structured draft clinical note within seconds. Clinicians can review and edit the summary before transferring it to the electronic patient record, keeping professional oversight of the final documentation. The service is designed for varied care settings and includes noise reduction and speaker diarisation to distinguish participants in busy environments. Alongside the software, 33n provides implementation and transformation support intended to embed the technology safely into clinical workflows and reduce the administrative burden of consultations.
