Bespoke Oceano

Oceano is a bespoke Patient Administration System (PAS) developed for University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) through a four-year development programme. Designed around UHB’s operational needs, it provides an integrated, modular platform for managing patient demographics, appointments, admissions, discharges and other patient-care administration. Its integrated workflows increase automation, improve data quality and reduce opportunities for user error. Oceano supports patient administration across UHB’s hospital sites and forms a key part of the Trust’s wider digital infrastructure, enabling more consistent, efficient and data-driven management of patient care.
