Blinx PACO for Patients

PACO for Patients is the patient-access component of Blinx Healthcare's Patient and Care Optimiser platform. It gives people an online route to contact their care provider, submit medical or administrative requests, complete structured forms and find relevant information. Patients can also receive messages and, where enabled, book or rearrange appointments by date, time, clinician or appointment type. The service is browser based, so patients do not need to download an app or create a separate PACO account before responding to an invitation. Structured submissions help services triage requests and route them to the appropriate team, while links to the wider PACO platform allow communications and actions to become part of an organised care workflow.
